Shipping Times
Because we source our products from a variety of manufacturers to ensure the best quality and prices, shipping times vary between products. Typically though, items take about two to three weeks from order approval to arrive, with the exception of our rain barrels which currently take about eight weeks to arrive. We recognize this may be longer than you’re hoping, but it allows us to save significantly on shipping costs and pass those savings to you in lower prices and free shipping.

Please allow up to two business days to approve and process your order. Because we are currently experiencing high demand and supply chain pressures, order and shipping fulfillment times are estimates as unforeseen delays can occur on occasion. Therefore, all times stated are estimates and not guarantees.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an automated email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow 2-3 business days from order approval before expecting to see the tracking information. If you haven’t seen an email at that point, please first check your spam filter. If you still haven’t received the information, contact us at customersupport@verdewise.com and include your name and order number.

P.O. Boxes
We only ship to physical addresses in the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes.

When ordering, please carefully review your delivery info. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the information you provide.

Returns

We accept return requests for products with manufacturing defects or the very rare occasion where you’ve received the wrong item. We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@verdewise.com. Include your order number and product details. If you’d like to expedite the process, include a photo of the damaged item. We’ll notify you once your return has been approved and will provide details on how to return the item.

Return your item unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition it was received. Your item needs to arrive within 5 business days from when we approve the return. Consider using a tracking service as you, the sender, retain all transport risks. Shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to replace or exchange the damaged/incorrect item or offer a refund for store credit. 

We do not offer returns or exchanges on used products.
